take the globe --what is their problem?
« on: September 26, 2008, 07:02:30 PM »
me thinks me is screwed.

first for 2-3 weeks was unable to login.  errm on one or two days of the 2-3 weeks could login but could only click 1-2 links before the site died again.

Of course NO communication anywhere from the PO, isn't that just typical

Now I can login and click until my fingers fall off BUT none of the clicks credit my account.  I only need a little over $1.00 to reach cash out, it figures the site or its software has gone south for the winter.

I went to their forum and it appears everyone is having the same problem.

What didn't thrill me is that I tried used IE instead of Firefox (before going to the forum) thinking it might be a browser problem on my end.  Take The Globe froze my IE browser and then slowly froze everything else to the point I had to reboot.

Hope you can click enough to get to payout!

the site is NOT down.  In fact it loads incredibly fast now

However, its still not crediting for clicks.

Dumb ---- people are putting up new ads though.

I guess there's a sucker born every minute and most of them are at least clicking the first link in the list to see if it credits them since Take The Globe can't be bothered to send out any information on what is going on.

copied and pasted from TTG's account information page

"STOP! Please take the time to donate towards our new servers. We have to add 3 new servers to our cluster to total 7 and since the staff on TTG works absolutely free donations are necessary to upgrade. The total cost for all 7 servers per month is 2000.00 USD. The new servers will enable us to expand to support millions of members as well as increase our load balancing system."

oh give me a break.   as soon as I make my 10.00 I am requesting payment and leaving this site.  If they can't afford to pay for their own servers they should shut down the site or sell it.

finally reach payout.

no request button

copied and pasted from faq:

"How do I get paid?
If you have the minimum amount accumulated, you can click on your account balance within your stats area and it will submit your request. Currently, we only make payments via AlertPay. We will soon be using other methods of payment."

payout is 10.00 I have 10.50 balance is NOT clickable.

Joined their forum to ask what I am doing wrong.

ETA: they answered me very quickly, told me what to click, and it worked.  Now I wait for auditing of the request and 60 business days.

gotta click to stay active don't ya know?  just like bux.to, I requested payout there in July. IsabelMarco is only paying upgraded members. Persian PTC makes you use a part of your earnings for ads.

I swear to god I will never join another PTC site.

I too make a request for payout at bux.to in march. I am not going to join any bux site until their is some signup and activity bonus. Low PTR sites are better atleast if they become scam you are going to lost huge sum of money.

Hmmmmmmmmm, it sounds like all the Bux sites are HYIP like pyramid schemes. I had to moved Bux.to to the scam/closed section on TalkGold since there have been people who are still waiting payouts since February
