Here are some examples of cents to dollars.  In all cases, c stands for cent.

0.02c = $0.0002
0.1c = $0.001
0.5c = $0.005
1c = $0.01

In terms of how many clicks are needed at a certain rate to earn a penny:


You are correct that 4 clicks for 1/4 cent ads would equal a penny.

For 1/10c ads, 10 clicks would be necessary to earn a penny.

For a 5/100c ad (or 1/20, or $0.0005), 20 clicks would be needed to earn a penny.

For a 1/50c ad (or 2/100 or $0.0002), 50 clicks would be needed to earn a penny.

For a 1/100c ad, 100 clicks would be needed to earn a penny.
