Raining Cash Emails

I've addressed this issue in other topics but really think it needs a thread of its own

Now I understand that Dawn Triche has health issues and that her daughter also has health issues.  So do a lot of the rest of us and we don't ignore support tickets for nearly 2 1/2 months (72 days and counting)

I originally requested changes to my Raining Cash Emails affiliate page on April 1, 2009.  At that time I needed five (5) side links changed. There was no response from Dawn and no changes made.

I replied to my own support ticket on April 30, 2009 (29 days later with no changes made) with an additional 4 changes made (3 side links and a ptc).  Again there was no response from Dawn and no changes were made

I again replied to my own support ticket on May 11, 2009 (40 days after initial contact, 11 days after my first response) with an alteration to one change I'd already requested. Again there was no response from Dawn and no changes were made

I made another response to my own support ticket on May 14, 2009 (43 days after initial contact, 14 days after my second response) requesting that at least the PTC be done as she was wasting my hits (the site in question had closed).  I requested that Dawn give me a time frame as to when I could expect the changes (at the least the PTC anyway) could be made.  Again there was no response from Dawn and no changes were made.

The side links aren't that important, nobody clicks side links, and the PTP ones wouldn't credit me anyway.

That doesn't mean that I think its acceptable for you or any other program owner to apparently totally ignore a support ticket regarding 8 side links for a month and a half, particularly when email ads and PTC for other people ARE being set up.

But the PTC is important. You are wasting my hits since the Soaring Eagle page is GONE.....dead...got a refund for the unused time on it and she took the page down.

So please give me a time frame as to when I can expect these changes to be made. If for some reason you cannot do the side links, at least change the ptc out for me.

Yet another response from me to my own support ticket occurred on May 26, 2009.  I needed a change to the link url for my Vale affiliate page as Inya had changed all the affiliate pages to the new affiliate page plugin. Again there was no response from Dawn and no changes were made.

The vale page expires on July 29, 2009 and at the rate you are responding to my tickets---it will still have the old url and not be crediting me at all.

HMMMM UP TO 10 CHANGES NOW. By the time you get around to doing them, every link on my page will probably need changed.

I responded to my own support ticket again today June 12, 2009.  By this time you might understand I am more than a little frustrated here.

For those who didn't read this forum a few months ago, here's the story of my dealings with Dawn's incompetence:

A quick summary of that topic: I redeemed for ads at the end of November 2008, they weren't processed until January 23rd 2009 (nearly two months later), but when I left the site they got deleted with speed of lightning. So, Dawn can be very quick and efficient if it's in her interest.

That is really frustrating to say the least. Any idea if your being singled out with the lousy support or is this right across the board?

It is right across the board but this is the longest wait I've heard of.  I do realize that Dawn is ill.  But SOMEBODY has been in ad manager setting up new emails (I can tell by the date in the runner link itself) and new ptc between April 1, 2009 and June 12, 2009....all the while ignoring my support ticket for SEVENTY TWO DAYS (and counting)

You are just the special one.  I've not received anything and my ticket was submitted on APRIL FIRST (April 1, 2009)

I will keep bugging you until the very simple changes I have requested for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS are made.

Wouldn't it be simpler and easier for you to just do the dang changes?

I know that Dawn doesn't like me.  That feeling is returned (in spades  :rofl: :lol: :haha: :ROFL2:).  We've generally been polite to one another in the OTHER support tickets though over the 9 months of my membership there.

But this is supposed to be a business, not kindergarten. 

That affiliate page was paid for, therefore I am a *customer* of her so-called business.  And the *poor health* *terminally ill* *ill daughter* *tornado (or was it a hurricane)* and all other excuses I've seen from Dawn over the last nine months are just that: EXCUSES.

If you are so sick all the time that you take excessive amounts of time to respond to simple requests (or you can't or won't respond to them), or you are otherwise incapable of running your site properly for whatever reason: shut it down, sell it, hire a competent admin to assist you and give them access to support tickets (how much training does it take to say, "I can't make the changes you've requested but I'll pass the request on to the site owner"?????)

She can't be bothered to make changes for THREE SOLID MONTHS, then suspends my account for a made up and highly vindictive reason. 

And please tell me how I posted anything from the site? 

What is posted in this topic is MY OWN WORDS from MY own support ticket----because Dawn NEVER responded to my ticket (submitted on APRIL FIRST--3 months ago) until JULY THIRD.  Raining Cash Emails isn't even mentioned in those quotes, now is it?

Nice way to screw me out of not only the affiliate page but nearly $10.00 in earnings (yes I had requested payout last week when I was requesting payout everywhere else).

Dawn Triche is the most incompetent and most vindictive program owner I've had the displeasure of dealing with in nearly eight years of doing GPT.
