Effective July 20th members from China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Pakistan and Vietnam must be upgraded to Approved Membership.

The Approved Membership is ONLY $1.40 per month. We believe honest members will see the benefits (alone in our contests) and not so honest members may go somewhere else.

All existing members must be upgrade before July 20th, 2009!

All new members have 7 days after sign-up to upgrade!

What option should I choose? This admin is just a person who do not care about member as well as site? The member who do not pay him will be dishonest member according to him but according to me admin who ask for such type of payment is dishonest according to me.

 As some of you noticed, Paypal now also charges fees for receiving money from a personal account with available funds.

In order to avoid the fees we will have to send money as a "gift". If anyone has received payment and we did not send it as a "gift" and you had to pay fees, please refund the payment and we will send it again.

  1. Paid upgrades have been improved.
 
 Additional ads added:
 Weekly - 1 x 5,000 Banner Impression Ad
 Weekly - 1 x $0.25 1000 Click PTC Ad
 Monthly - 1 x  $0.50 1000 Click PTC Ad

He is not my friend. so why should I receive payments from him as a gift? He only making paypal account of other member on risk.

My advise is not to buy that upgrade, no one should have to pay anything to be paid their earnings. It's a rip-off, plain and simple. And it's even more disgusting that this appears to be limited to certain countries only.

Next, you could (actually, you should) report him to PayPal, quoting both admin messages. He will then lose his account(s) for two reasons:
1. PayPal does not like programs that force their members to pay so they will be paid
2. Sending payments as a 'Gift' is only meant for sending money to family and friends, most certainly NOT to members of a paid-to-read program

This is yet another program owner who thinks he can get away with scamming both his members and PayPal. The sooner we get rid of scammers like these, the better for this industry.

He is creative with his paid to promote feature as well. Paid to promote will credit to tier1/2 hits only. You can not target your ad. Thats why he banned shareadspace.

Well I think this is pathetic and I will be removing this site from the approved list at Deep and Lady.

It's bad enough what's going on but to have an online scammer screwing their members publicly.......they have to be stopped, plain and simple.
