I am aware of the issue with the e-mails.  Paid e-mails going to e-mail addresses are coming in with no subject, showing the full headers and HTML code.  The on site inbox appears to not be affected.  A support ticket has been sent to my host.

Update: My host believes that my ad manager being an older version is causing the errors.  It has been upgraded to the most recent version.  I have two ads set to go out (one through the ad manager and one directly through the site).  There are a few messages that were already in the queue prior to the upgrade that almost certainly will go out looking strange.  I should know in 40-50 minutes if the changes fixed the e-mail issue.  The site has been trading one error for another for the last day...find an error, fix an error, another pops up.  Third time is the charm, right?

Saw your admin message saying that the emails should be fixed when going to gmail - does this take effect on all messages, or just new ones added to the queue? Just wondering because I'm still getting odd-looking emails to my gmail inbox.

I have my test account set to send all of the e-mails to my Gmail account and they are all appearing as normal.  It started sending the e-mails correctly just before 6pm on the 23rd.

The only mail I'm receiving is the PayingCents/1CentMail one (have checked spam filter - nothing seems to be getting stuck there), and it's showing up all hinky-like. With the HTML instead of normal text. I don't mind so much - I read HTML better than common English - but thought you might like to know.

I found that message in my Gmail box and it is showing as normal.  Which browser are you using?  I'm on FireFox 3.0.14 (3.5 was too buggy for me, so I downgraded). I'll change the account to a different Gmail address to see if it shows correctly or not there as well.  The problem was solved minutes after my host switched me to a different mail sender.

The reason why you aren't receiving many e-mails is because the keyword "PTP E-mail Ads" is unchecked in your profile and the majority of ads are sent to that keyword.  34 e-mails have gone out today, most to that keyword.  I missed that when I checked your account earlier.

The e-mails are showing correctly in my other Gmail account as well through a second test account.

Hi Heather,

I am sorry I am a bit late with this, but for some reason I cannot access
DreamMails.net... at all.  I am not sure if it happened before or after you
fixed the links in the emails. I just cannot access the site itself. It loads and
loads and loads "forever" and then gives me the "time out" error:

The connection has timed out

The server at www.dreammails.net is taking too long to respond.

I get the same error if I try to click on any links in the emails from DreamMails.net.

(A side note about email links: they showed "unknown sender" and "no subject" before
you fixed them, and now they do show DreamMails.net as the sender and have the
correct subject line, but the contents of the emails are still in the "raw" HTML for me.)

This is so weird, because I also have the exact same "connection time out"
problem with one of the traffic exchanges - ILoveHits.com. All other PTR's
and all other traffic exchanges load just fine. I can login, surf, click on links,
anything anywhere, except ILoveHits and DreamMails. 

I haven't been able to access DreamMails for, I guess, over a month now.
I don't really want to ask you to delete my membership yet... Is there anything
you could check on your side? I have no idea if I can check or edit any settings
on my side... I didn't do anything different from what I've always been doing
when surfing TE's or clicking on PTR ads, at least nothing that I know of...
so I don't even know what to try and "fix"... If it had something to do with my
browser settings or firewall or whatever, then no other similar sites would be
working...

Any ideas??

That usually means that something happened on the server level that blocked your IP address.  I've actually been blocked by both of my sites multiple times, lol.

I sent my host a support ticket with your last used IP address so that they can check their server's firewall to see if it is being blocked. 

All of the messages that I'm receiving to my test accounts through two different Gmail addresses are showing correctly with no HTML at all.  Hmm...

The iLoveHits owner suggested that I should contact my hosting provider,
so I'm going to do that next.

It is on the same server as DreamMails.  If you can't, I can ask my host to send a message to their datacenter.  That is where my IP got blocked a couple of weeks ago.  ILoveHits is with a different host.

Also, could you go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and let me know (in a response to this post or in a PM) what your current IP address is?  Just in case it has changed since you last logged in.
