This program seems fairly suspicious.  It paid out 15,000 bucks to its members yesterday..because when I looked at it the day before it had only paid out 20,000 bucks overall

Why do I have to purchase Ad Views?
You must purchase Ad Views before you can use the Ad Viewer. We guarantee to our advertisers that each impression is displayed to a consumer who is willing and able to make on-line purchases. Without this arrangement, the advertisers wouldn't be willing to pay enough to make using the Ad Viewer worth your time.

I thought right away it must be a scam, but after looking online, a number of people seem to have gotten payments. I didn't know about putting money into it before you got money out, so I thought what the heck.

Except... I think I killed the site. It went down a few minutes after I signed up... I didn't even get the chance to look at ads yet... and hasn't been up since.

Whoops.

It came back about a half hour ago, but it is still having errors. I tried to do my first adview, no go.

Where do you see the payout?  Are you referring to the "earned" in the header?  Payout and earned are two different things (as we have sadly seen far too many times)

This site has decided that being an obvious ponzi is not a good idea, so now they have changed their terms and it would be best if one became a premium member..

Do I have to purchase View Packs?
Free View Packs are allocated to all members on a weekly basis. Premium members receive higher priority in View Pack distribution. Upgrading to a Premium membership will ensure that you receive View Packs before free members.

I have joined and waited a week, no ads pack appeared. I guess they want to encourage people to upgrade.

It seems to be good at first though. A good idea to view ads.

Most likely a set up like adbux was when it first started.

All the ads are from http://www.clixgalore.com/

kinda like a commission junction type of site.  So I wouldn't recommend upgrading and such, as the pay per lead thing/Per Click...  is click fraud.  Kinda funny paying for an upgrade to a site who is just a creative click fraud scheme

What is an Ad View?
An ad view is a grid of 54 advertisements being displayed for a short period of time. Half of these advertisements will randomly flash to draw attention to themselves. 2 or 3 of the advertisements will randomly display a countdown timer which must be clicked on before it reaches 0. Clicking on the advertisement will open the advertisers web page inside of the ad viewer. You may close the advertisers web page and the viewer will start where it left off. Once the viewer has completed flashing advertisements it will notify our server that you have completed the view and deposit $0.10 into your account.

there are about 100 + paid to click type of ads

http://www.clixgalore.com/SearchMerchants.aspx

you can do a search with the link above to see for yourself.
