Just came across this site and it is owned by a person called cnooc.  This name rang many bells for me, cant actually remember the ptrsites this person owned but has definetely owned search engines such as cnoocseo.net advertiseseo.com asksome.com.

I would stay away from this site as you may get paid at first....
