We are very pleased to announce the next competition here at GFO and many thanks go to Dave (danddwah) for the initial concept.

(He and Deb are being very modest here but I promised them I would not put more than that in - oooooooopppppppppsssss    )

Who Is The Competition For?

The competition is in aid of, and supporting, the The Breast Cancer Site

What goodies can I win?

The prize is a whopping $60.00 for the winner to spend in their shop HERE.

Wow! What do I do to be in with a chance of winning this boobyfull prize?

In the month of March, and please, please, pretty please, from today onwards if you can, please (did I say that already or have I made another booby  ) visit the Breast Cancer Click To Give thread HERE and click the link in the first post or this LINK, to visit the site, then you click to give, by just clicking the big pink Click To Give button. After you have done that, return to thread again HERE and post that you have clicked. Each click you make (no more than one click in any 24 hour period please) earns you your prize draw entry. So click for all 31 days and you will have 31 prize draw tickets!

Please also consider the advertisers on the page displayed after your click - they are the ones that pay the charity for your clicks 

OK - So what are the rules?

The contest will run from midnight GMT (Time Zone Converter HERE) on the 1st of March and close at midnight GMT on the 31st of March.

Every time you click through to the site and click the big pink Click To Give button, return to the main thread again HERE, and post that you have clicked, your post will be logged and acknowledged, earning you one ticket for the draw to be made after the competition closes.

Only clicks and posts made between the 1st and the 31st March qualify for one prize draw entry. But please click for the site, both before and after the competition, after all, it is for a deserving cause and only takes a few seconds and two clicks, one to load the page and one to Click To Give when you're on the Breast Cancer Charity site. Such a simple, quick and easy gesture, means so very much to the countless women the charity helps.

Please visit the FAQ page HERE to be clear on where and what the delivery and purchase details are. They do deliver internationally but please check before placing your purchase request.

The purchase will be very kindly made via danddwah, so all you have to do is simply choose your purchase(s), then PM him with the link(s) to your purchase(s) along with your address and delivery details HERE, and the rest will be sorted for you.

If you wish to purchase goods valued greater than the $60.00 fund, you are more than welcome to forward the difference to him (PM him HERE for payment details if/when required) and the difference will be added to the prize fund.

The draw will take place during the first week in April and as soon as possible after the competition closes. It will be done by Dave giving the list of numbers generated at random, using this random number generator HERE, for each post to one of the Team (who hasn't participated in the competition) to pick the winner, to ensure fairness and impartiality for all who take part in the competition.

Please bear in mind that people have sacrificed time and funds in order to make this competition possible, all we ask in return is that you have actually clicked to give when you post for your prize draw entry. I know we are a friendly and honest bunch of peeps here so that will not be an issue 

Please only click once in any 24 hour period, and as said before, please consider making this and the other charities, which can be found in the Charity Clicks thread HERE, part of your daily routine (the site requests that you only click daily - so only the first click in any 24 hour period will earn you a prize draw entry). Such simple and quick gestures mean so very much to the people involved.

The good thing (hopefully) about this competition is that they benefit from it twice, both the clicks made, and the purchase via their shop, raise funds for the charity.

And just think about it... it was two guys (Dave and Craig) who have put it all together (with a little help from Deb   The banners are great! ) and this is the cause they have chosen to support!

I dont love Boobies lol, Great idea. I already click the site along with others when i am on my excise bike (used to do my PTR stuff lol) Makes the time go quicker. I hope many will click and support BIG THUMBS UP.

Great idea!!!

Breast cancer knows no age limit nor any socio-economic level. My younger daughter, at age 26 was treated for breast cancer of the BRAC2 genetic mutation from my husband's side of the family. Nine of the 10 cousins have tested postive, some have been diagnosed with breast cancer or ovarian cancer. One uncle died of pancreatic cancer, two brothers have had prostate cancer. She knew she had the mutation, but the doctors told her she wouldn't have to worry until she was in her 40s. Then she found a tiny lump, which was followed by chemo, double mastectomy, reconstruction and radiation. Her husband knew about it before he proposed, but bless him, he has been a wonderful support through it all. Now she is cancer-free, they can plan for the future.

Breast cancer affects both men and women and the best hope for the cure is early diagnosis... Mammograms are one of the best ways for early detection and The Breast Cancer Site helps to fund this for women without other options....

You're welcome...Anything to help this contest... maybe other WMs would like to add a donation also I click daily for myself (along with the other good freebies on that site) and I won't post here... wouldn't look good for me to win anything... but every click made is one step closer to the end of breast cancer and that is my goal!!!

I can only say I click those banners and not only for mamographs, in my facebook account.
Guess I will start clicking here, but, sorry if I don't post about it. March will again be problematic, as my husband's surgery (3rd in a row, hip replacement one) is on 7th next month (2 weeks in the hospital + 4 weeks in the spa resort for rehabilitation, meaning visits there every other day). I also do the clicking to help, and not to win any prize.
Am glad for this contest..am sure Craig will be happy when he reads posts about clicking.
