Why there is no offer from members selling points?

Sell points seems to be OOO (out-of-order) ?

My Earnings page:

Total available points after all transactions:    1,715 Points

Sell points page shows

You Have Total 0 Points To Sell.

There's something wrong with the sell points option at both of my sites that have that plugin.  Part of the problem was that the sell section would get over populated, but now it's simply not working.  I thought I had removed that link awhile back, but that doesn't appear to be the case.  I've removed it from the site as it is a non-functioning option.

The exchange part of the script is still working and has been used as recently as yesterday.  You can exchange your points for cash using that option.
