I no longer allow traffic exchanges and do not allow PTC sites to promote my site's PTP pages.  I only allow Cash Crusader affiliate based sites to promote my site's PTP links.

The only sites being accepted for PTP approval are those that use the Cash Crusader affiliate software. The requested site does not qualify for approval.

That is also not a cash crusader site.  Cash crusader sites can be identified easily by the location.  It is always domanname.com/pages/ when you are viewing any page on that site.

Yes, that is okay as DonkeyMails is approved.  The same goes for any PTR site on the approved list's manual surfer.
