Just logged into Payza after a long time and got a message ....

Your account has been automatically upgraded

Payza has discontinued supporting Starter accounts and your account has been automatically upgraded to a Personal account. Note that Starter accounts have not been available to new members since June of 2014 as we began phasing out this account type.

Payza Personal accounts have access to a wide range of robust features, but some transactions may be subject to fees that did not apply to Starter accounts. You can view all the features of a Payza Personal account here: Payza Features

Hmm guess I'll have to seach the FAQ when I have more time 
On a quick glance they don't seem to have been updated lately as there are references to Starter accounts all  through them 

** Have the access problems of Payza in some countries ever been resolved ?

It's been resolved in the United States.  Occasionally I get a "Bank transfers have been temporarily suspended" message, but it's better than not being able to send or receive funds at all. 

I feel for anyone that had funds in their account. Apparently those haven't been returned yet.  I only had a couple dollars in each of my accounts.  I have a business and a starter account, which is now a Personal account.
