This is the topic where I will place the names of the deleted accounts, along with a brief reason if necessary.  These were accounts that were suspended for one reason or another (usually inactivity), not members who have canceled their own accounts.

Effective 3/15/09: I am now adding a reply when I suspended accounts so that the suspended member can easily find the reason for their suspension.  Suspended members for any reason MUST contact me either on the forum or via e-mail to have their account restored.  If the reason for suspension is due to bad keywords, the keywords must be corrected within 7 days of the account restoration or the account will be suspended again.  Account suspended for inactivity can be restored as many times as necessary, however if a response is not received by the first of the month following the suspension, the account will be purged from the system.  Inactive accounts are suspended on or around the first of each month, giving the suspended member at least 30 days to contact me to have their account restored.
