hi heather,       I upgraded my a/c to silver in dream mails but still ptp rate is 0.35, I read it is 0.60

The Free PTP pays $0.35 CPM.  That is the "Credits" that are earned and converted at $0.35 CPM.

The Upgraded PTP pays $0.60 CPM.  That PTP link credits directly to your account.

When you convert your PTP credits (for the Free PTP link), it goes into the earnings line "Paid To Promote Credits Exchange".  All earnings for the Upgraded PTP link go into the earnings line "Paid To Promote Earnings".  You have earned $1.43 from the Upgraded PTP link as of February 2, 2012.

I had to temporally block IPs in your range due to an excessive amount of traffic.  I've edited the block so you can view the site.

Getting this on all DreamMails ads, PTP free and upgraded, PTCs (including the banners on affiliate pages, although the affiliate pages themselves do appear to be crediting) and email ads:

I cannot access the site at all at the moment. I have contacting my host about this issue.

There is a site wide issue with the accounting tables. The table has crashed and is making all accounts (and the site's overall debt) show as $0.00. My host is working to restore this table right now and get the site back up and running. If they are unable to do this on their own, I have provided them with the most recent database backup.

Thank you for the report.  I was at work all day, so I did not see this message until just now. The sites appear to be back online, so it could be that my host did some server work in the overnight/early morning hours that required taking the sites offline.

I received a message from my web host stating that the server that houses my sites is reaching it's end of life and needs to be replaced. They are replacing the server on or shortly after 3pm EST on Tuesday, June 9th.  The e-mail also stated that the work should be completed within 4 hours of the initial downtime.

This work is necessary to prevent server failure and complete loss of site files and data.

The site is currently showing as "Account Suspended." Please note that this is from my web host and is not for any individual account.

I've written to my host to determine the cause of the suspension.  My hosting fees are current, domain fee is current and I'm not exceeding my hard drive or bandwidth usage. In fact, my account status is showing as Active.

The site came back online a couple hours after my post yesterday.  There were some server issues that needed to be resolved that required the site to be offline while they were addressed.
