Accounts can be restored if suspension is for:
Inactivity
Keyword Violations (unless it is a 3rd strike)
3 Failed English Tests (given a pass unless/until a fourth test is failed)
6th Cheat Link Click (given a pass unless/until a 7th cheat link is clicked)
Excessive Paid to Sign Up False/Fraud Claims (given a pass as long as no further false claims are made)
Accounts can NOT be restored if suspension is for:
Keyword Violation (Marked as 3rd Strike for failing to comply from 2 previous suspensions)
4th Failed English Test
7 or more cheat links clicked
