Yes, it's fine again at the moment.
I saw it was up a couple of times very briefly this morning, but between 8am and 1pm UK time it was mostly down, and going by Squirrel's post it must have started playing up again before then.

My host addressed this yesterday. The said they found the error and fixed it yesterday evening. I'll see how the site behaves when I get home from work.

At times today it's seemed better, but it varies and can still take a long time to load. It's definitely not sorted yet.

They are in the process of fixing an issue.  The sites are loading for me, but slowly at times.

My host's tech informed me that there was a heavy usage issue with a few IP addresses that was causing a heavy load.  They have blocked those addresses and the server load immediately dropped to normal levels.

 :ticked:It still isn't fixed. None of the 4 sites are loading now. Maybe forget about credit and give them whatever you consider a reasonable time frame and tell them that if they can't do the job they are FIRED! Surely there are other hosts out there!

The sites are all loading fine for me at the moment. Try clearing your cache if there is still an issue.

The trouble was that several ip addresses were greatly overloading the sites. This can happen at any host at any time. There is no guarantee that the problem will go away if I change hosts as the people doing this are overloading the sites themselves. Those people are being blocked at the server level. Changing hosts would open the door for those individuals (or computer programs designed to take down sites) to resume their activity.
