Can't access New Surfer site

Whenever i click 'start surfing' it opens to an error page, http://www.typhoonclicks.info/index.php?ref=beufgerard&_xafvr=MjZjOGQwMDNlZWU0MGUxNGI4NDM4MDIyYzY1ODBlY2MwOGQ1MDE0YSw1ZDI0Mzc3Zjc4NDAy.

Sorry for the delayed response. I rarely check this forum since I created an independent forum for my site's at http://my-ptr.info/mybb/

It appears the site has changed significantly since it was approved. I've moved it to rejected status so it will no longer appear.
