Try to access the site again.  The data center replied with this:

"we have rechecked the ip and could see it is whitelisted and the traceroute back to his IP from the server is functioning fine. Please ask him to contact his ISP in this regard as none of our filters are blocking him."

I tryed also with Linux Ubuntu and Firefox. My-ptr was blocked also there. So it can't be firewalls or virus protection in Windows or something like that. Well, I have to contact my ISP provider. It would be interesting to know why my-ptr.com is blocked by some ISP. At least they are not blocking all PTR or PTC site in general.

I contacted my ISP and they say that they are not blocking any site. However they advised me to connect my combuter cable to the bridged port in ADSL my modem. And it solved the problem 

Now I am again able to connect my-ptr. 

I just wonder, why I have to use the bridged port. Connection worked just fine before.

I sent my host a support ticket with your IP address.  Hopefully you will be unblocked by the time I log on again in the morning.

If you ever see that message for more than a few minutes, please let me know.  The "Down for Everyone or just me" site linked in the first message is really helpful in any case where you see that server not found message...it quickly tells you if it is a global or an individual issue.

Please try to access the site.  My host found your IP address on their firewall's blocked list and removed it, so you should have access.

I received a message from my web host stating that the server that houses my sites is reaching it's end of life and needs to be replaced. They are replacing the server on or shortly after 3pm EST on Tuesday, June 9th.  The e-mail also stated that the work should be completed within 4 hours of the initial downtime.

This work is necessary to prevent server failure and complete loss of site files and data.
